Welcome Health Innovator!
Thank you for your interest in The Career Readiness Fellowship Program 2025. The 8-week fellowship is a unique program organised by Health Intel Trust to equip passionate health entrepreneurs across Africa with essential tools, skills and mentorship needed to thrive at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
The first 4 weeks will focus on capacity-building through soft skills and technical know-how, from storytelling, content creation, and networking to practical sessions like building a GitHub profile and applying design thinking principles to real-world health challenges. This will help to lay a strong foundation for anyone looking to make meaningful contributions in health tech.
The second phase, which will also span for a period of 4 weeks, will feature an intensive mentorship and capstone project. At this point, the learning becomes more specialised and tailored towards your niche. From research and digital product development to community-based innovations in health tech, seasoned experts will be available to help you navigate your path into the health-tech ecosystem, applying what you’ve learned to solve real-world problems.
We believe the future of healthcare belongs to creative, committed thinkers, and we can’t wait to see what you bring to the table.
